I called at 8am and was able to get same day service. Ed called to let me know he was on the way and did a FANTASTIC job after he arrived. Shaun was the best! On time (actually early), very professional, courteous, knows his stuff. An excellent technician is always the best salesman for a contractor. Shaun represented Precision Door to the max. Purchased two openers, one keypad, and repair. Forgot to give Shaun on line coupon for $20 off new garage door openers. If a credit can be provided for purchase of new doors, which is probably in our future, that would be great. If not, that is ok. Very satisfied. Sean was not only prompt, but he was also quick with the service. Although I had expected to simply repair a part on the opener, Sean found another issue, and he was professional and helpful about letting us know the benefits of a new opener installation. The door lifts flawlessly now, and we couldnt be happier with the friendly and timely service.

Travis called and advised he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. When he arrived, he asked what the problem was and after I told him, he didn't immediately assume he knew the problem. He went about inspecting the entire assembly and found that one of the cables had become frayed. Also one of the struts had become fractured and needed replacement. I asked if we could replace one of the others and move the existing one to the bottom panel. He advised he could and went about doing the work in a no nonsense fashion, all the while happily answering any questions I might have had. I was only charged for the two struts as Travis said the cables were under warranty. GREAT SERVICE !! As an aside, as someone who retired from the utility industry, you should be proud to have a representative like Travis - great attitude, very pleasant, very efficient and very informative. Overall, a Very Satisfied customer experience. I will no doubt call Precision Door again if the need arises !!

The installer had to come out three times b/c of not having the right parts. He could have said nothing and installed parts he had that were similar or "close enough", but he did not. He made sure the job was done to perfection. We are very happy to recommend Precision to anyone who needs expert, friendly customer service.

If all companies ran their business as well as Precision, our lives would be a whole lot simpler and better. Travis came out, saw my needs and prescribed just the right fix. Eric installed my door and door opener in record time and gave me full instruction on its features and how to use them. This was a job done right from start to finish.
