Our technician was Mark saw the problem right away and knew exactly what needed to be replaced. Our springs, rollers and pulleys were in need of upgrading and he promptly replaced everything in expert time. He went above and beyond to check the door and make sure everything was working properly and even checked the sensors for our doors. It was quality work and I am sure we will use Precision again when our second door needs it.

Brandon (Roscoe) came out to do the repair of the opener we purchased a number of months back from Precision. He clearly explained what was going on and after a little testing he saw the problem I was having. He tried to repair (re-program) the unit but was having troubles with it, so he just replaced the whole unit with a new one. All this done in about an hour. What fast and courteous customer service. He even reprogrammed our van to work with the new opener. It is so comforting to know they stand back of their product.

I give your company and my repairman 5 stars! I am so pleased with everything. I thought I would be getting an estimate only, but was pleasantly surprised when the work on my garage door was completed that very same day. All within a very timely manner. Yesterday, the service person Travis came to our home to service our garage door. He was extremely professional and caring about answering all of our questions regarding what was wrong. Another company that came in to give us an estimate, required so much from us that we never called them back. Great service and I am very pleased with the new garage door purchased. My old springs had broken and the door was damaged from my limited use after the springs broke. I replaced the door and the service provided was very good.

Shaun voluntarily reset the pitch of a pulley bar erroneously set by the previous installer. Future problems and conditions were pointed out, truly helpful. My take: Two thumbs up!
