Unbelievable service done the next day after my call. The only reason it wasn't done that day is because my collector car was in the way. Dustin Monroe took down my poorly hung door and reset the whole thing by himself. Door works flawlessly now. Thank you Precision Door Service.

I called on Sunday to make an appointment to have my garage door opener fixed. They made an appointment for Monday between 4:00 and 6:00. Travis Plemmons called a little after 4:00 to say he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous, and did a great job of fixing the problem. I would use Precision again.

Very professional, on time, did a very good job, made the warranty very clear. Doors look great. Just wish there were wider gaskets for the bottom of the doors for older homes who have a slope in the garage floor so it wouldn't leave a gap.

Precision Door was prompt, courteous, and professional! I will not hesitate to use them again. The Garage Door Opener was purchased AND installed by Home Depot. It was their shoddy installation that failed in the first place and I had problems getting them to come back onsite, in fact, they never did! I contacted Precision and they were out there the next day, explained why the initial install failed, and rectified it better than before!! Thanks Precision :)
