Quick response to call and tech showed first ting in the morning. Knew exactly what wrong in a few seconds with broken spring inside tude. Replace with better alternative and job was completed in 30 minutes. Definitely 5 Stars!

Searching the web looking for a company to repair my garage door, I came across Precision's web site and found it to be very informative and compelling. After looking at several other sites and then checking Precision's rating with the BBB, I decided to give them a try. They proved to be everything their web site claimed. Ed, the technician, arrived at the time he said he would and proved to be very knowledgeable. He explained the problem and the options available and let me make the decisions with absolutely no sales pressure from him. Once I selected the new springs and components to be used, Ed went right to work and completed the job in no time at all. All thru the process he explained what he was doing and why. Ed is a really good technician and a really nice and friendly person. I am extremely satisfied with the repair, with Ed and with Precision. Ok lets begin with getting a new garage door is not like getting a new big screen TV. But when you need one, you need one. So i did all the homework. Even went to a home improvement show. My search began with neighbors and their experiences. Then I called or emailed at least four providers that had good marks. Tim at precision doors was the most knowledgeable person. His recommendations on the type of door and lift needed, led to our decision to purchase it from him. When the installer Eric arrived to do the job he was fantastic! Removed and hauled away all the old door and its components. He installed new tracks,rollers,the lifting motor, outside trim , and the door. Eric pointed out a nick on one of the panels, caused in shipping. He immediately ordered a replacement panel, and when the panel came in, he returned to finish the project. Are we happy with the door and the work performed? Yes. So if you are in need of a door i would recommend you at least talk to precision doors. Ask for Eric to do the install, you wont be disappointed. As for the big screen TV, my grand daughter came up with the idea to use the inside of the garage door as a movie screen and they love going to the movies in Pops and Mimis garage.

Tim, We appreciate your help! You installed doors that were purchased from a company that evidently went out of business, unbeknownst to us! When the doors had an issue with cabinets previously installed in the garage, you went above and beyond the call of duty to solve the problem. Learned about Precision on Angie's List. Great Service; good value. Our garage doors were repaired and are now quiet, run better and the parts look sturdier and operate as they are supposed to. The work was scheduled and completed promptly. We purchased a Kit for the rollers, springs, etc. and 1 new opener. Guido was very professional but friendly and answered our questions. Precision earns a 5-star from us!!!!

Sean Scheiern performed the repair. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He educated me on the problem, made recommendations for the repair, and informed me of some other problems they would need to be addressed fairly soon if they were not done during the repair of the torsion spring. I went with his recommendations and my garage door is quieter than it has ever been. I am pleased with the service that I received. Great job by a good worker at a good company...I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the Atlanta area!

I called Saturday after lunch when everybody is closed . I expected to have to make a appointment for Monday,but they told me they could have a service tech out in a few hours . I selected a deal from Angie's List to check my garage door as I had been having difficulty opening it with the clicker. (Also, it made a few noises that I didn't think were normal.) Yesterday Kevin from Precision came in response to my purchase. He was personable, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He took the time to explain several maintenance items to me in understandable terms. In short, I can now use my remote to open the door, the noise is gone and I am very satisfied with the service. Travis Plemmons did an excellent job of fixing a garage door that was hanging when when it was opened and returned to put in new springs and a new motor in an old garage door.
