I am an extremely satisfied customer! I had my motor replaced over a year ago (glad I had Precision do it - courtesy, pricing, quality of motor, timeliness, scheduling ease, etc) and called this week for an adjustment (the door wouldn't close). Shawn came in on time, and took care of the adjusment. He was on time, very courteous, and took care of the problem in under 10 minutes! I will be using Precision for all my future garage door needs and would very highly recommend them to everyone! Keep up the great job Tim and Lynn!!

We needed a new garage door and opener. After initially discussing price options with Tim, we compared prices with other vendors. Not only was Precision the most reasonably priced, the work performed by their technician, Eric, was outstanding. Eric installed a new door and opener at my house within 3 hours by himself. The work done was professional and it looks great. Moreover, Tim's initial quote was exactly the amount we paid. We will definitely recommend Precision in the future.

Precision was THE ONLY company who had a "live" person available to take my call at 6:00 a.m. The technician (Travis Plemmons) was here exactly when he said he would be and I'm thrilled with the service he provided. My garage door is working as well as it did when it was first installed many years ago. Travis was VERY professional and courteous. This company is an A++ rated company in my book! Outstanding!!

Our service was amazing! They came out early on a Sunday morning the day after we called. Our technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was very efficient and had our new garage opener with new springs and key pad replaced the same day... Within two hours. I feel their price was fair considering the convince and professionalism. I didn't shop around a lot due to the urgency of our matter, but still feel very satisfied and pleased! Stress free process!

Very pleased with the excellent service and our technician Travis. We had a broken spring, we installed a new heavy duty one and also new quieter wheels. The complete job was done in a timely manner and they also provided military discount. Have recommended to my other neighbors who just had to use them!

Excellent company - came out and gave me a reasonable estimate on two steel, insulated garage doors plus new garage door openers to replace outdated wooden doors that were nearly 30 years old and had been water damaged, and openers that were probably the same age. The garage is now secure, warmer, and the doors open with whisper-quiet operation. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job. I chose Precision because I used the same company in Denver before I relocated to Atlanta. This company will always have my business.

Shaun and trainee, Everett, made quick work of the repair (replaced springs) at a fair price. I also had bearings installed at my request. Shaun voluntarily reset the pitch of a pulley bar erroneously set by the previous installer. Future problems and conditions were pointed out, truly helpful. My take: Two thumbs up!
