We got our door in 2020. When we needed a new motor in 2022, Precision was our first and only call. We had a small issue with a wire that came loose. They came out and fixed it at no charge. Yesterday, I contacted them for a door tune-up. They came out today and finished before noon. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The respose was better than I expectied. I was set up for a later time, when I had a meetting changed that alowed for a earlier time I called and they said the technician could change his appointment time. Mr. Shirin gave me a call and was here in a hour. He reviewed my problem and made needed repaireds in a timely and professional manner. great employee.

I called Precision Garage Door, Sunday April 27, 2025. My garage door broke as I was trying to leave for church. I received a quick reply stating what time a technician would arrive. Long story short, my door was repaired quickly, and very professionally. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

The technician, Cory V. called about 2:00 for a 4:00 appointment and asked if he could come early. Yes! We were excited that he would be early. He showed up, assessed the situation, told us our options and went to work. About an hour later our door was fixed, inspected, everything was cleaned up, he went over the invoice with us, no surprises, we paid him and he was on his way. Thank you Cory and thank you Precision Door.

Cory came out and replaced the spring that had broke., he said I would need two springs since my door only had one. I told him to put the two springs in and to check everything else to make sure I didn’t have any other problems. He checked everything and said I was good. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me everything that he had to do and when he was done he tested everything and I was very pleased. I found you by searching on my phone and I am very happy for finding you. Call last night and he came today and fixed my door. I will be calling you again if I have any more issues. Cory was great and I am very grateful for him fixing my door. If you are looking for a professional and knowledgeable company this is the one. Also the price was very reasonable. Thanks again Cory Vandezande

I could not be more pleased. Fast, efficient service. Juan quickly diagnosed the problem (motor died from old age) and soon had a new one up and running. At his suggestion, he also replaced the rubber liner along the bottom of the door with a thicker one, which eliminated some gaps and should help with my utility bills! Juan could not have been smarter or nicer, just a pleasure to deal with. Five stars are not enough!

The Service Technician, Derek Skaggs, laid out and clearly explained 3 options to bring my door up to date. Once I selected an option, Derek checked with the office to get me a best possible discount. Within an hour the service was completed. Today I experienced an issue with my garage door and had no clue what was going on. I called Precision to come out assess the situation and give me a quote for fixing the door. They immediately recognized the issue, and had all of the tools necessary for repair on hand to fix the issue right there on the spot. Shannon Webster was my technician, he talked me through the repair process and cost and got the door repaired in a timely fashion. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone that may be experiencing garage door issues.

What a pleasant experience with Precision! Emilio, their Technician, called to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and was very professional and pleasant. He quoted the price for a broken spring, which was the problem. Because the original installation is almost 20 years old, he showed me other issues with itemized costs for each. There was no pressure and he, strictly, left it up to me which repairs he should do. He finished quickly and competently and went through the safety inspection. I would highly recommend them.
