Service was 4 stars - Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. Really appreciated his approach. Unfortunately, the price was about triple what I expected, so had to go for another quote (which came in at 1/3 the price). I'm sure it would have been perfectly installed and white glove service, but was more than what I needed.

I called on a Wednesday and got an appointment for the following Friday. Service Technician showed up up early Friday morning and swiftly and competently installed a mid range option which operates quieter and smoother in a little over an hour. I telephoned Precision mid afternoon regarding my garage door which was not shutting properly. I was able to get an appointment for the beginning of the next day. On August 24,2024, I had an appointment with Precision to come replace both torsion springs that had broke. This was covered under the previous repair from Precision we had done as warranty replacement and only had to pay a reasonable labor fee with no costs for the springs. Mr. Derek Skaggs was the repairman who promptly arrived and found he was quite courteous and thorough in his repair. We appreciate his professionalism and we will use Precision in the future and highly recommend their service. Thanks very much !

DUSTIN RIDGE is an OUTSTANDING technician. He installed my opener years ago. Today he eliminated a squeek from the springs and also installed new rollers. Works and sounds like new!!! Took only a half hour. I'm THRILLED with the service. Extremely personable and highly skilled worker. I'm very picky. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Precision Door came out to my home and repaired my garage door. The technician was Very knowledgeable, respectful and kind. He took in consideration through the garage is my dad’s only way out the house due to him being wheelchair bound. He explained himself and the process very well, and about other products they have but in term of what’s needed and not needed- he didn’t try to over charge me. I felt very blessed for the technician they sent out and to have called them. Thank you guys so much, blessings over the company and technicians.

Dustin was an amazing contractor and thoroughly explained the work that was needed to get our garage doors working again. We had two springs and Genie doors installed. Dustin made sure everything from the remotes to Apps were installed and working before he left. He was here until 8:00pm on a Friday night to make sure everything was fixed. I’d highly recommend this outfit with their great customer service.

The service provided by Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. Their servicemen were prompt, courteous, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Our door had been damaged when hit by a car. The bottom panel was bent and the spring disengaged. They were able to remove and straighten the steel panel, reinstall it along with the bottom strip that had also been bent. They reinstalled the spring, realign the tracks, conditioned and lubed the door, leaving it in good working order. Their efforts saved us from having to replace the entire door. Thank you, Precision.
