D. Sweeney did an excellent job while at my home. Had a 4 hr window time and he actually made it within the 1st hr. There was a major problem with our garage door. He discussed with me the problem(s), what it would take to get the garage door operating again. He did an excellent job, repaired everything and hopefully things are great going forward. I called to inquire about new garage doors and was able to speak to someone right away. They scheduled someone to come out the same day and he arrived within the window promised. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and was very open and honest about pricing. He was so friendly and professional and not pushy in any way. He was genuine and very helpful. This has been a great experience. I would highly recommend this company (and found them in the Forsyth County “Best Picks Report”, so others clearly agree!).

Our garage door torsion bar failed, and we thought the door would fall on the car inside. I reviewed various vendors, and the positive reviews of Precision Door, led us there. Just one call led to Scotty coming to our home within hours. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He conducted a thorough inspection, and after reviewing both our doors we chose to replace them after he educated us on our old doors (19 years) and were on the cusp of needing replacement anyway. The tech was on time for the job. I believe that he was being honest about my garage door and his work. However, I was a little disappointed with the cost, but not surprised that it would be more, but not 6x more! Based on the television commercial, I was under the impression that it would be a $29 tune up special. Oh, by the way, why’s William bio isn’t on your website?
