Dustin came out to my home, right on time. He replaced all the rollers and adjusted the door to make it quieter. Dustin was amazing, he's honest, worked hard and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. There should be more Dustins around and do the great job as he did. First, I must say that Sean Mooney is a very nice and personable young man. He also knows how to do his do his job. He got here at the stated time, diagnosed the problem, got my OK to proceed and then went to work and did NOT STOP until the repair was completed. This is my 2nd time using Precision and I will use them again if needed. Good folks to deal with.

It took two times contacting them to get a response, but second time they responded quickly. Expensive but quick and efficient service. Very nice technician. Non-pushy sales technique. Replaced spring and other worn out parts on 38 year old original garage door.

A spring broke in our garage door and we called Precision. They came out the next morning and technician Dustin took care of our issue. He was timely and thorough, giving us a complete estimate before doing the work. Once we authorized him to proceed with the proposed job, Dustin replaced the broken spring (and the other one, likely to fail soon). He freshened up the entire system so all moving parts of the door are operating smoothly. I would recommend Precision for garage door service.
