I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service! I was having trouble with my garage door on Saturday and could not get it to work properly. I called Precision and was given an appointment for the same day. The technician Chris was very knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. The work was completed very quickly and I am very pleased!!

Precision came out to our house, told us that our motor was shot and gave us a $500+ quote to replace the opener and change our rollers. The technician didn't do any diagnostics, so we declined. We took the covers off and found the motor working fine, just some chewed up gears. $16 on Amazon and 2 hours later, all repaired and working. Most infuriating thing was the way the tech treated us after declining. Got an attitude and said good luck getting something from Home Depot. No real concern or concession from the owner either after we called upon completion of our repair. Do not recommend using this company.

The Precision Team installed my new garage door and opener today. They did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with their work and the new garage door and opener. They were both friendly and professional. They completed the project in a timely manner, cleaned up nicely after their work, and showed me everything I needed to know about it.

Had a wonderful experience with this company, from the salesperson who came out to get me a quote to the young gentlemen who installed the doors and everyone else every step in between. I appreciate Allen 's help, but I feel I was overcharges for his service. I didn't know that I only had to simple pull the emergency release cord upward to re-engage the automatic opener (which is what he did). Therefore, I'm requesting some of my service fee. Installed the new door and the opener; noting that two of the panels had sustained damage, informed me that I would receive a call as to when replacement panels would be sent out. We used Precision Door Service a few years ago to conduct a regular maintenance on our 2 garage doors. They were very professional and good to work with. More importantly, I did feel they tried to up-sell me on anything. This year I decided to do the maintenance again as I like to keep our equipment regularly maintained versus waiting for a breakdown strategy. I checked around to compare service and competitive prices. Precision was slightly higher is service cost per garage door but my experience with them before persuaded me to use them again. I also had some programming issues on my remotes etc. Precision came out the next day and I worked with Dustin B. as our technician. He was a pleasure to work with and was very professional. He resolved all our problems and at the price that was quoted when I called in. I will certainly use them on my next maintenance or any future garage door issues.
