Booked appointment online and confirmed via their text to me. Then received a phone call to confirm the morning of the appointment. When I asked about the 10% 65+ age discount on Wednesday which my appointment was scheduled the agent was not aware of it although it is on their homepage She was nice but unaware of their own website offering. Allen Morgan, the technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He was not aware of the discount either and said they no longer service Marantec garage door products although Marantec was also listed on their website. Allen attempted to resolve the wireless key pad issue even after doing some online research and attempting to reset the passcode multiple times. He suggested I order another key pad which I did on Amazon after he left. Allen did perform a service on both garage doors and the wired openers and applied the discount. I RECOMMEND YOU UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE.

I had Cory come to my home to look at my garage door system (it is very old) and ideally I wanted it repaired but I knew I would need to get a new system and I did. He did a complete rebuild of the entire system with torsion springs (which I did not have before). Cory was very nice, knowledgable and helpful. He also explained quite a bit to me as well. Dustin did an amazing job! He fixed our garage door that I was sure was beyond repair and going to need to be completely replaced. It actually looked a little better to be honest. Hopefully, we won’t need anything replaced again anytime soon but if anything does happen to go wrong we will definitely be reaching out to Precision again!

My garage door opener system broke with the door partly open and I could not get my car out. I called Precision Garage Door Service and got an appointment the next day. Technician Emilio Price was fantastic (A+ work) and replaced the springs and cables for my garage door to get it working well. It was hard work in high heat, high humidity conditions with limited space to work inside a cluttered claustrophobic garage. Highly recommended!

I have had Precision Garage Door do work for me at a prior home. They did a great job that was a Tampa group when I lived in Florida. So I figured that you would do a similar job here. Sean Mooney kept me informed as to his arrival time which kept me in check not getting overly excited. When he got to the home he evaluated the work that had to be done, we agreed, and it took him a reasonable amount of time to get everything up and running.
