Allen Morgan was a great help. He found the problem. Apparently one of the sensor wires was chewed. I guessed it had to be my cat. The wire was not connected to the sensor. He fixed that. Also, took down the old sensors that were up by the garage apparatus near the ceiling. Also took away the old garage door opener that I had replaced in June of 2024. Didn’t realize I had used you before, till Allen showed me. I thought I had called someone else for the problem this time. Allen also cut down wires that were hanging down from the garage door opener. Job well done. Everything seems to be working now. No cat allowed in the garage anymore. Bilinda Jackson

Customer Service is very good; however, quality of some of materials are inferior. In my case, the exterior trim used does not hold-up well to heat from direct sunlight. Synthetic material of trim will warp/contract over time when exposed to intense heat from sun, especially when doors face south-southwest. The darker the trim, the more likely warping occurs.
