Tech was polite and very respectful. We needed new springs and center bearing. Cost felt really high but I don't know anything about garage doors or how much it should cost to fix the issue I was having. As long as it doesn't break again I'm happy.

Service representative was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He repaired my door by replacing parts that had prevented my garage door from opening. Representative gave a full explanation of new parts 1/2 HP MOTOR, 1 light, 2 remotes, wall button,7 ft. chain rail, and safety sensors. I was given explanation of why the need for replacement, and details for operating the door and remotes. It should be noted that I DID NOT receive a second light bulb although description of equipment provided indicated TWO lights. Representative advised that IF I had a light bulb he would install it in the overhead mechanism. Service was good, but it should be noted that a consumer should ALWAYS receive what they are entitled to during a service call. ONE LIGHT BULB MISSING!! It was not until I received my email receipt (after the representative left) that I realized I had an entitlement to the second light bulb at the time of installation as it was indicated on the receipt. Just calling attention to a consumer issue. It should be noted that I would recommend this company.

Brandon was great. Came on time. Immediately installed a new opener and spring system. Was friendly and helpful. However, I think Precision's pricing could be more competitive - so minus 1 star for not having the best pricing.

I did a search on garage door companies and round Precision Door Service. I checked out the company on Angie's list and their reviews were excellent. I called and made an appointment and the technicians showed up when promised and completed the door installation in the appropriate amount of time. The one reason I did not give a four star rating is that one of the door openers I purchased does not work. I have received several calls that this minor issue would be resolved, but so far, I still have a nonfunctional garage door opener

Garage door refused to go up. Had one car trapped in garage. Called Precision Door. Kevin came first thing Thursday morning. Gave us a written estimate with 3 options to fix door. Completed work very quickly. Was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. Would call them again for sure.

I reviewed several garage openers online and decided to use Precision Doors. Let me start by saying, my overall feedback is positive, but I always try to give balance feedback. So, the technician arrived within the time frame provided. My issue was a beeping noise coming from the opener, (it needed a replacement battery). He was able to quickly do that, but I was astonished by the cost of the battery (170.00). While there, he recommended servicing of both garage doors, another 129.00 each. I decided to do the service since he recommended that it should be done every 3 years, or so. I was pleased with the work, but a beeping noise ended up being almost 550.00 total with everything that was done. All of that said, I would definitely use and recommend Precision Doors again; however, I just don't like when one thing is wrong, and once at your home, other more expensive services are recommended.

Gold Series Springs x 2 Bearing Plates, Nylon Roller. My Door was non-functional. To be honest I only called these buys b/c they said they would come out on a Sunday. I did not get 3 price quotes so maybe I paid more than I should have. What sold me was the service. I called them after seeing them in Google, and they scheduled me right away. I overslept on Sunday and called the person who had emailed me my appointment confirmation and to my surprise I actually spoke to the person who emailed me (Tim). My Tech came and explained everything to me and he did a good job. Door is running quiet. I wish I had remembered to get my other remote battery changed. My door now functions better than when I bought the house.

The technician was very polite and very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the door springs. He checked everything and gave three different quotes. I got the cheapest one which gave me 1 year warranty. He made the job very quickly and so far the garage door is working very well.

I had a great service tech. The job was taken care of in less than one hour. . If price is not an issue, I recommend this company. The customer service is great. I feel that the price was very high for the job. I had two springs changed. The bill was over $350. I am not sure if this is normal. If it is then you will love the prompt service, scheduling and outcome of the service visit.

We have done a lot of research and have found that our pricing is very competitive. With that being said, we also use upgraded parts that are far superior to many of the parts that are available on the market. You will find that our springs have a longer life expectancy than those less expensive versions, being far less expensive in the end.

Professional, courteous, on time to install but 2 hours late for estimate (he got the addresses mixed up and went to another before me) and gave a solid competitive price. Made replacing my garage door easy and much less expensive than I thought it would be. They did not bring photos or pictures of garage doors to choose from which I would have thought would be key in making a decision, but I was able to get online via my ipad and the sales man directed me to a site to view the choices. I had called and spoken to 2 other companies and Precision by far even with the 2 small issues were much more together and professional than the other 2. I felt comfortable dealing with them.

On time, relatively kind, but labor prices were extremely high. I called and spoke with the president of the company and he took $100 off labor price. Good service, but pricing was higher than other companies. For a project that took less than an hour, I was quoted a labor price of $179 - a little bit ridiculous. Also there is a random tax thrown onto your bill at the end which you don't see until the emailed receipt - frustrating.

My two-year-old door was very noisy when opening/closing. Sean did a very good job in lubricating the hinges, etc. so that the door is much quieter operating now. I would have given a 5 star rating except for the fact that I had to spend about 10 minutes to wipe down the doors, inside and outside, to remove all the extra lubricant that was applied.

Tim - I appreciate that you stepped up to assist with a delicate problem. To me, Precision was 'moving the goal line' on me as a customer and I became frustrated. I was wrong to become so frustrated but the situation to me was one-sided. Your intervention changed everything. You stepped in and stepped up and solved this problem. I am grateful to me for that and will continue to use Precision Garage when a problem arises.
